ESA e-Z Hybrid drive systems

Hybrid describes how the machine is driven—not just which touchscreen it uses. ESA’s e-Z Hybrid is a manufacturer drive-system reference, not a claim that every BENDRYX hybrid uses this package.

ESA e-Z Hybrid drive systems

Servo-controlled pumping. Hydraulic bending force.

Demand-led oil flow

A servo motor and pump regulate hydraulic delivery through the bending cycle. The cylinders still provide the forming force.

A coordinated cycle

The CNC and drives coordinate approach, working stroke, decompression and return. Pump sizing, feedback and machine mechanics determine the installed performance.

Confirm the complete scope

The brochure’s package includes selected drives, motors, pumps and controls but excludes some machine-side hydraulic and mechanical components. Do not treat a CNC upgrade as a hydraulic conversion.

Inside the ESA brochure

Open an illustration at its original extracted size. These are manufacturer reference images, not photographs of a specific BENDRYX installation.

ESA manufacturer reference, not a guarantee of the equipment installed on any individual BENDRYX machine. The quotation determines rack, axis count, software licenses and accessories. ESA S840 W is our standard platform; other models and systems require application and availability confirmation.
