ESA connectivity and production data

Production visibility starts with an agreed data connection. Define what to collect, where it is stored and who can access it before specifying connectivity.

ESA connectivity and production data

Connect the machine to the production workflow.

Collect meaningful signals

Agree on job state, part counts, cycle information and energy measurements with the integration team. Reliable reporting depends on reliable source data.

Plan the interface

The brochure illustrates Modbus TCP and an optional OPC UA path alongside data logging and databases. Confirm protocol support in the supplied CNC and software.

Separate available features from roadmap

ESA’s architecture includes both working and planned elements. Cloud, mobile and third-party integrations need current confirmation; none should be assumed standard.

Inside the ESA brochure

Open an illustration at its original extracted size. These are manufacturer reference images, not photographs of a specific BENDRYX installation.

ESA manufacturer reference, not a guarantee of the equipment installed on any individual BENDRYX machine. The quotation determines rack, axis count, software licenses and accessories. ESA S840 W is our standard platform; other models and systems require application and availability confirmation.

Images and specification reference: ESA VIS-600/800 bending brochure (2024), printed pages 48–51. Manufacturer illustrations retain their original appearance. Published brochure values should be reconfirmed against the current supplied configuration.

Specify the complete bending workflow.

Tell us your machine, parts, gauging and programming requirements. We will confirm the control and options in your quotation.
