Bend Aid LED guidance

An LED bar links the CNC sequence to the tool station on the machine. It helps locate tooling and the next bend without replacing operator training or safeguarding.

Bend Aid LED guidance

Show the operator where to work.

Setup guidance

Illuminated positions indicate where the tooling should be placed for the programmed sequence.

Bend guidance

The LEDs identify the next working position while bending. This is process guidance, not a laser finger-protection device.

Installation choices

ESA describes a proprietary RS485 connection, fixed or modular lengths and 5 mm LED spacing. Confirm length, mounting and CNC compatibility.

ESA manufacturer reference, not a guarantee of the equipment installed on any individual BENDRYX machine. The quotation determines rack, axis count, software licenses and accessories. ESA S840 W is our standard platform; other models and systems require application and availability confirmation.
