Evidence before slogans

Know what is being supplied before it arrives.

BENDRYX turns the machine purchase into a documented project: application inputs, final configuration, tooling interfaces, site requirements, acceptance checkpoints and production handoff.

The buyer record

Six records that make the project easier to verify.

The exact documents vary by machine and project. These are the core records BENDRYX uses to align the customer, applications team, factory and installation plan.

01

Application summary

Material, thickness, bend length, radius, flange constraints, part mix and production target.

Confirms what the machine must do
02

Configuration matrix

Model, force, working length, stroke, daylight, throat, CNC, axes, crowning and selected options.

Confirms what is being quoted
03

Tooling interface

Punch and die style, clamping, adapters, safety clamps and compatibility with retained tooling.

Reduces tooling surprises
04

Site-readiness record

Machine envelope, power, foundation, unloading, rigging, placement and access requirements.

Prepares the facility
05

Acceptance checklist

Configuration review, visible condition, motion, CNC, gauge, safety-device and sample-bend checkpoints.

Defines the handoff criteria
06

Support handoff

Commissioning notes, operator familiarization, open items, contacts and applicable inspection records.

Creates an operating baseline

Configuration transparency

Name the systems—not just the machine colour.

A useful quotation identifies the controls, positioning, tooling interface and safeguarding architecture that shape daily production.

Point-of-operation review

Laser guarding, access controls and the installed workcell are reviewed as one safeguarding system.

Project checkpoints

A visible path from drawing to first bend.

Each checkpoint closes a different source of project risk before the next stage begins.

  1. 01

    Application locked

Confirm the governing material, part geometry and production target.

  2. 02

    Configuration approved

Review the exact model, options, interfaces and commercial scope.

  3. 03

    Pre-delivery review

Check machine identity, major functions, documentation and shipment readiness.

  4. 04

    Site and inspection coordination

Align placement, utilities, guarding and applicable third-party evaluation.

  5. 05

    Production handoff

Record startup, operator familiarization, sample work and remaining actions.

Clear compliance language

Coordination is not the same as certification.

BENDRYX coordinates available machine documentation and applicable third-party field evaluation for the final installed configuration. Certification or approval is determined by the relevant inspection body—not by a marketing statement.

UL / CSA

Evaluation requirements depend on jurisdiction, facility and final installed configuration.

FDA-regulated production

BENDRYX can support equipment and configuration records; the press brake itself is not represented as FDA-approved.

Final quotation

Warranty scope, exclusions, delivery assumptions and supplied options should be confirmed in the signed commercial documents.
